Closed account without any Information, I have one SBI account in which my lpg subsidy is coming

I have one SBI account in which my lpg subsidy is coming, and my account having almost 3 to 4 yr of subcidy amount than to they closed my account without any information.And when i tried to raised my issue they are not ready to listen or giving any suggestion.They can not closed any account untill account is having 0 amount.
