Dear sir,

I ( SAPNA KUMARI ) had applied bihar student credit card and verified all the documents at DRCC center gaya.But one month has gone. our application is still pending and status is showing that your application is pending from AM. pending TPVA by AM. How much time it will take to get approval from TPVA .Please do some needful from your end.

Otherwise I will be in trouble. I am not in position to pay education fee from our self. because my financial condition is very low.
I had already took admision in college I didnot deposit the semester fee as I am waiting from bihar student credit card. Our education is fully dependent on this scheme.

    Sir I have applied for Bihar student credit on 17/10/2017...pehle to bank wala approved krne ke liye tyar nhi tha jb 2 bar complain kiye tb approve Kiya ....aur Vidya Lakshmi portal pe register krne ke liye bolta h ..jb hum bank Ko register krne Gaye to mera bank hi nhi Mila waha.... SBI bikrampur district Begusarai ifsc code of this bank is not found there ...I m missing my class for 2 month....I ask government why r u starting this unusal thing....bs time pas krte h sb kuch nhi Mita h Bihar student credit card ...6 month ho Gaya time pass kr Raha sb ....ab jb bhi bank manager ke pas jate h to bolta h hum Apne senior Ko bol diye h aur krta kuch nhi ... Achha yogana h Bihar government ki time pas krne ke liye .. bhut jyda jarurat thi mere Ko 2 month class miss kiye wait kiye full time pas kiye my reg no is CM7RBSCC072017001127477
