I tried to draw a sum of Rs 5000 from Axis bank ATM Shalimar Garden Ext 2 Sahibabad GZB UP but neither amounts was recieved nor slip was received or any information was display on the screen of ATM.The complaint was lodged with sbi customer care on the same day and replied was recieved that transaction has successfully done whereas no amounts was recieved I tried again but in vein. Thereafter I tried from icici ATM situated in the same building n drawn 5000.This ATM shown the drawn of Rs 10000 n again Rs 10000 from my SBI account no 30372082512.complaint was made to the higher authority of SBI bank n AXIS bank but reply was the same n no response was received from Axis bank so far.I n senior citizen and pensioner. Pl look into matter personally n got the matter investigate and take the necessary action against erring bank n credited a sum of Rs 20000 back in my SBI account no mentioned above. Thanks
