To get NOC of my bike

I was purchase Yamaha saluto 125 bike in year 2018, on loan of bussan finance for 30 months period and paid all emi regularly but I didn't get noc of loan .
My bikes registration number is MH 20 FB 2656.
Now I want to sell my bike so I want noc
