Sir, After struggle of 69 days(1.5.21 to 8.7.21),I managed to get replacement of defective LG Refrigerator by different model on 8.7.21 as follows
LG has given three punishment for same cause of defective fridge.
1. LG made me to bear a loss of Rs.8640/- towards one year depreciation @20% on purchase price of Rs.43200/- for no fault of mine
2. LG made me to pay Rs.9631.50 on 25.6.21 towards difference in cost of old defective fridge valued Rs.34560/- & new model fridge Rs.44192/- for no fault of mine because LG stopped production of old model
3. LG is refusing to give me customer warranted documents like money receipt of Rs.9631.50, invoice/bill for Rs.44192/- for new fridge which I got after full considerations/payments stating that LG is not supposed to give them under LG policy which LG is nor ready to share or disclose or quote the said clause of LG policy stating LG policy is internal matter of LG. As per internal policy of LG, LG is denying me customer warranted 4 lawful documents and in lieu thereof contrarily forcefully giving & forcing me to accept defective Debit note, defective delivery challan, packing list page which I never asked or required.
As per Consumer Protection (General)Rules,2020 and as per section 31 of GST Act,2017 Invoice or bill is required to be given to customer as per customer right and not to give invoice/bill etc amount to unfair trade practice under section 2(47)(vii) etc of Consumer Protection Act,2019 (not 1986)
Even LG Corporate Office has failed to reply any of my three RPAD letters Dated.23.8.21, 5.9.21 & 5.12.21.

Please help & support customer right .
