Hello sir I am asha worker of district azamgarh block mirzapur in up .
Sir I am very helpless because my payment is pending for 3 months and there is no one to take care my family accept me .
Our doctor ask us for 500 rs. And gave us 2200 rs per month only .
I am humbly request you to please take a strict action against Doctor and others
