Payment done but Recharge not successful

I Recharged my mobile no. 9931997109 from Airtel payment bank on dt.08/07/2022. Payment done by airtel payment bank Rs. 690 but recharge not successful. till date i didn't get any refund from airtel end.my Transaction id : PH207081066262871.I sent mail to 121@in.airtel.co but could not find any response after which I mailed the nodal office nodalofficer.bih@in.airtel.co After that a mail came and the reference CONRC3EST20220804270843 Which will be resolved by 09-08-2022 at 09:10 AM but not resolved .I have been waiting for a month pls help me
