We are using a postpaid corporate no. 9910663783. The Billing Plan was changed from Select 199 to infinity plan 1199. According to the plan Airtel was to charge us @1199 + Taxes. but our bill continued to be very high. Several complaints on 121 were always answered that our internet usage is very high till we decided to keep the no. unused for a month. When we complained about the high bill we were told that we were being billed for the smartbytes that were activated on this no. before the plan was changed although the validity of the smartbyteis only till the new bill cycle and an e-mail confirmation is required for activation which was never sent after the changing of the bill plan.
Airtel has fleeced us for an amount close to 35,000/-
when the mistake was highlighted and service provider was asked to adjust the overcharged money in the coming bills they refused to do so and offered to adjust only 8,700/-
