I recharged for data but they fraud to me.

I heve received 48 on 5th may. I completed them agan and gain why i can't able to use my data which is 3gb. They were telling me that wait 24 hr, 48 hr again and again and at last they give me the dead line date 22nd may so i called them today but now they are talking that i have used it on 5th may but sir my data balance are still showing in there app and ussd call as u can see the upland image because i have not abled to ise it because whenever i switch on the data on my Airtel sim i got a "!" Symbol so i vant use it.
Now they fraud to me by telling lies.
