Hello Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that 4-5 days back I received from AIRTEL DTH customer care that there is an offer for your customer if 3012018635-001 and 003 that for 11 months of recharge you will get 1 month free I.e 11+1 months. For first connection he told me the recharge amount Rs 3,851 and secondary connection the amount is Rs 3201 annually. For both the connection you will get SD+HD CHANNELS WITHOUT SPORTS channels annually. After this he told me to recharge and I told him that I will recharge that today evening. After this he told me that he will call in the evening and activate the package or will call tomorrow but not received any call back from any of the customer care executives or backend team or offer/promotion team. No one contacted me. I called customer care so many times but they denied to help me. I want this issue to be escalated to the top level so that I can get the resolution on this .
