TruJet Airways Flight Cancelled and No Refund received

Truejet has cancelled the flight which was booked in advance.They sent an email for cancellation along with the electronic vochure for refund.The electronic vochure received was of no use as there were no alternate Truejet flights on the desired route.
I called and emailed to notify this,there-after they cancelled the e-vochure saying that the money would be refunded within 7 days.Its been more than 15 days now,the money is not yet refunded.they have blocked my cell numbers and are not answering my phone calls.Chasing them almost everyday.It seems to be some fraud this air-line has been practising. Kindly help.

    Truejet has cancelled the flight (2T305 08.10.2016) which was booked in advance.They sent an SMS for cancellation.No message has been received of refund amount and compensation.
    Its been more than 5 days now,the money is not yet refunded.Even They are not sending any message of refund

    UNINFORMED FLIGHT DELAY, LEADING TO MISSED NEXT CONNECTING FLIGHT WITH LOSS OF 35 000 RUPEES FOR US by amarja mohan:

    THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT THE TRU JET FLIGHT 2T-412 BOUND FROM NANDED TO HYDERABAD ON 31 AUG 2017 WAS SCHEDULED TO DEPART ON 2:30 PM FROM NANDED, INSTEAD IT WAS SCHEDULED AT 4:00PM WITHOUT A PRIOR INTIMATION TO PASSENGERS.
    THIS LED US TO REACH THE HYD AIRPORT AT 5:30 PM AND THUS WE WERE 5 MINS LATE TO REPORT TO THE INDIGO COUNTER, AND WERE NOT ALLOWED TO BOARD THE CONNECTING INDIGO FLIGHT SCHEDULED TO DEPART AT 6:30 PM THE SAME DAY TO BENGALORE.
    THUS IN TURN WE WERE AT A LOSS OF 10,000 RS OF PRE BOOKED INDIGO FLIGHT PLUS HAD TO SHELL OUT 30000/- EXTRA FOR REBOOKING A NEXT FLIGHT FOR NO FAULT OF OURS
    INSTEAD OF REPEATED EMAILS TO TRU JET COMPLAINANT AUTHORITY , I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM HTEIR SIDE, PLUS INDIGO ALSO DENIED OF THEIR FAULT SAYING WE WERE LATE BY 5 MINS TO REPORT.
    I THINK THIS IS A SHEER HIPPOCRACY BY THE TWO RENOWNED PRIVATE AIR LINES TO MAKE THE PASSENGER PAY HEAVILIY FRM THEIR POCKETS AND THEY HAVE NO GUILT IN DOING SO.
    I WILL ADVICE PASSENGERS TO BE CAREFUL TO BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THESE AIRLINES IN FUTURE.

    Hi guy, I have booked the tickets on September 27 to travel on 1st of October from Bidar to Bangalore. And the next day I got a call saying that truJet flight has cancelled due to unavailability and they dropped email confirmation as well.

    And now this is almost a month I haven't received the money back. I tried to call on their customer care number but no one is response into that and I also reply to the mail on customer mail. For this also I did not get any reply.

    So for me this clearly shows that these guys started cheating all the customers like me. I am not sure still how many members are there who got cheated.

    Please help us to get our money back and help others to stop getting cheated from this.

    Dear Sir/madam,
    I have booked flight from Ahemdabad to Aurangabad but some reason I got mail regarding Flight cancellation on 12 October and my flight booking date was 28 Aug 2021. I don't get any type refund till date, As waste of time and inconvenience about regarding travells
    I have to spend more money for other ticket bookings. So I request you to Compensation/refund my money ASAP.
