Ticket Cancellation Refunds, booked a Jet Airways flight from Dehra Dun to Mumbai

Dear Sir
I have booked a Jet Airways flight from Dehra Dun to Mumbai Ticket number 589-21-2541-0826 for 12 Nov 2016.

I cancelled my ticket due to my personal reason well in time.

As against a ticket amount of Rs 6737, I got a refund of Rs 588

I am continously requesting the Jet Airways and their nodal officer for providing the cancellation policy, which they have not

Plz intervene and resolve this matter
