Reschedule of short duration flight to long duration

Hi Sir/Maam,

This is regarding change in flight schedule of 395 on 22 August from Bangalore-Lucknow for PNR number OVKHJG and 8J842O, the flight schedule has been changed and the alternative which are given to passenger is not similar to the one booked before both in terms of duration of flight and start time from
Bangalore-Lucknow, as both are inconvenient for my parents. You are expecting a old age person to spoil his/her whole night to catch flight which is not a convenient option.

My parents cannot take long duration flights due to medical reason how can you say that you have no option other than to cancel the ticket?

Airlines do this to increase your occupancy in other flight and save company money. Whats the point in booking in so advance? Airlines should not put tickets on sale if you are not sure of your schedule and when we call customer care they simply say seats are available if you cannot book now we cannot assure of the availability later.

You should book tickets in other airline with same duration else refund a part of fare because long duration flights are cheaper.

How can airline simply change your schedule, if flight is cancelled for some operation reason you should do that for a day or two but you have simply removed that flight from schedule.

Go-air did this to increase occupancy in flights as it is low during July-Sept as other airlines are giving better and cheap options than goair. Indigo was giving direct flight to Lucknow in 2300 Rs for 19 August which is far better option than what you are giving.

Also Go-air has not shared any justified reason for re-schedule of flight with proper proof. Even the same schedule is not available on DGCA website.

Looking forward to get a justified reason with proof for go-air and claim for loss and mental torcure.
