Hi,

I booked ticket 16th Nov for Round trip Bangalore to Bhubaneswar with PNR number JWRZKA.
I went through flight 6E246 BLR-BBI. While going BLR-BBI I showed supporting documents related to ticket in Bangalore as well as in Bhubaneswar Airport.
While coming time from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore on 30th Dec, I was unable to show student ID card during check-in time due to lost somewhere in travelling.
I was forced to do new ticket in spot that time amount 6588rs with new PNR number OWZGRG . Same seat allotted to me in flight. Hence I paid twice
for same seat in the flight which is not acceptable. I attached document for reference.

I always booked flight from Make my trip and other third party. I never faced this problem. I booked ticket from Indigo website first time,
I faced this issue first time. Indigo staff named Khusboo behavior was very bad during check-in Bhubaneswar. All passengers along with me felt bad
during visit for her careless behavior.

I request for my refund as paid twice for same seat of flight.
