The flight from Dehradun to Delhi (AI9858 Operated By 9I 0858) was cancelled by AirIndia. However, I have utilized the ticket for the sector from Delhi to Indore.
AirIndia has not provided any refund for the flight cancelled by airlines itself.
AirIndia is also not responding to my emails as well as phone calls.
Moreover, AirIndia has not given me any prior information regarding cancellation. I came to know about this when i reached to airport for boarding. This has caused a lot of inconvenience, mental stress and financial loss to the passenger.
Requested for refund of the ticket amount for cancelled flight.
