respected sir my name is shajith N iam booking a air ticket on 23 may 2020,pnr UB3CHM PORT BLAIR tO CHENNAI due to covid 19 the flight will be cancelled . And my journey will be cancelled , after the flight canceled i request to spice jet customer care executive refund my ticket amount ,they were not ready to refund my ticket amt they told to me your amount will credited in your creadishell account , it can be used only for booking spice jet air ticket ad this amount valid up to 31 mar 2021.
but now i want to proceed my journey port blair to kannur air port i will search spice jet website and i have not get any flight to kannur (kerala ) air port ,it is my home station.then after iwill contact appleate authority of spice jet they told to me booking you flight were ever spice jet is service .then after i will checked official web site spice jet flight rate and time is too much more than than flight. so i request to refund my creadit shell amount
