Refund Issue with Reliance Securities Ltd flight ticket

I had placed a flight ticket on 26/04/2016 at night 10:00 in Go Air but by mistake the ticket was booked for dated 09/07/2016 instead of 08/07/2016 & on realisation of the mistake i immediately called up the Go Air Helpline No on the same day at night 10:02 for correction of the date. They told me that correction in the date was not possible rather i would have to book a new flight but at the same time they would also charge cancellation fees on cancellation of the ticket for dated 09/07/2016. Inspite of my several request & mails they denied to understand my request & were adamant in their policy of levying charges on me. Request for your help & guidance.
