Refund is not processed from Cleartrip.com, booked flight Jet Airways

1) Ticket from Delhi to Leh for 18th June’16 was booked on 9th June’16 in flight Jet Airways – 9W 2366, total amount paid was Rs. 16, 503 (Ticket is enclosed) it was thru clear trip
2) ticket was modified on 10th Jun’16 and preponed for date 17th June’16 in flight Go Air – G8 – 203, total amount paid was Rs. 7552
3) Due to above modification, refund was supposed to be credited in my account but the same is not being credited till date
4) I have raised a query thru mail on 01st July’16 and Case ID 00530048 was assigned on the same day (refer enclosed mail from clear trip), in which it was mentioned
that CSE will get back to me but not
5) On 6th July, again I had written mail but no revert
6) On 6th July, I have called Customer care and asked on the status, she has allotted me again Case ID – 00419897 and said that refund is showing in account but she
need to check with backend team why the same is not being processed. She told me that it would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours but haven’t got any response till
date
7) reminder sent on 13th July, no response
8) on 21st July, got a confirmation from Cleartrip that amount of Rs. 4980/- would be credited in my account in 7-8 working days but again same response, it is not credited till date
9) reminder sent on 3rd Aug'16, no response

kindly help in this case & ask cleartrip to refund my amount and as well as penalize them for this act. its almost 2 months now.
