I HAVE BOOKED FLIGHT TICKET THROUGH GOIBIBO Vide BOOKING ID GOMUPKG4083B08925577 FROM PATNA TO THIRUVANANTHAPURAM PACKAGE FOR 10/11/2017 BY GOAIR G8-272 PNR Y4BLUV AND INDIGO 6E-126 PNR VYM3QS.
GOAIR G8-272 WAS DELAYED BY 5 HRS AT PATNA DUE TO WHICH WE MISSED INDIGO 6E-126 FROM BANGALORE TO TRV. REQUEST MADE TO GOAIR/INDIGO STAFF AT PATNA/BANGALORE SHOWED NO RESULT.
AFTER CORRESPONDENCE INDIGO REFUNDED 2056/- BUT IT WAS ALSO DEDUCTED BY GOIBIBO AND CUSTOMER WAS PAID ONLY 353/-

However, there are times when flight schedules are changed due to circumstances beyond our control. We investigated your concern and understand that your flight was delayed due to bad weather in Patna. We hope you will appreciate that this is beyond the control of the airline.

With reference to your email under the booking id VYM3QS, we would like to clarify IndiGo does not connect from one IndiGo flight to another or to other airlines and is not responsible for any losses incurred by passengers while trying to connect to or from other airlines or IndiGo flights.
Further, we would like to inform you that the seat on your original reservation went vacant and therefore as per policy the complete booking amount gets forfeited and you are entitled for government/airport applicable taxes of passenger service fee and user development fee.
Adhering to the above stated policy, an amount of INR 2,056 towards no show taxes, comprising of passenger service fee and user development fee under booking reference VYM3QS, has been refunded to the agency account. We would request you to get in touch with the concerned travel agent to claim the refund amount.
