Non refund of booking amount

Airliness Complaint Complaint Date: June 11, 2016
1. I had tried to book air ticket from bagdogra to Delhi on 13/14 May in air India for travelling on 04 jun. However, the tickets were not booked despite trying three times and amount of Ras 8520₹ was deducted three times.
2. On contacting the air lines both by tele and mail it was informed that money will be refunded in 6-7 working days.
3. Till date after 28 days amount has not been refunded and no further intimation has been received from AIR INDIA.
4. The booking PNR numbers as received from airlines help desk were
JEJW5, Z1DH5 and ZCJ7M.
