This is in regards with my flight no. AI543 PNR no. H3F45 ticket no. 0983760705188. My ticket was booked for 28th May from HYD to ATQ. The flight was cancelled by airlines and it:s more than 1 month now and nobody is helping me with the refund status. I received a call at 9:30 Am IST on 28th May that the flight has been cancelled. Itt's been a month and I'm continuously trying to get in touch with the Airlines & Goibibo to get an update on the same. I have written multiple emails and called hundreds of times to airlines and I got an update that the full refund should be initiated without any cancellation charges. I am being told that travel agent has kept a hold of my refund and when I reach out to Goibibo, I'm being told that the refund has not been processed yet by the airlines. This is totally unacceptable and a mental torture that I'm being put to. I have spent my hard earned money of 10k and no one is providing any update to me.
