Missing of Luggage by Jet Airways

I have traveled From London to Kolkata via Brussels and Delhi.
(LHR/BRU/DEL/CCU)-(SN2104/10Dec,9W229/10Dec,9W2263/11Dec).
One of My luggages(SN008346) is still missing, which is a big brown trolley suitcase (approx weight 24 KGs) with a emirates silver frequent flier nametag 'Sourav Rana' attached with it.
After almost 2 months it is declared as ‘lost’ by the JetAirways and the case is thereafter settled from their side, and they have arrived at a compensation for the lost baggage amounts to INR 24,000/-.
This is nowhere closer to the amount of goods I lost. I would therefore be glad if I get my luggage or get a fair compensation.
