I am deeply unhappy and anguished with the way MMT(Make My Trip) has handled the Jet Airways flight change via Booking Id(NF22695100505229). The the booking was done 4 months back(August) but I didn't received any SMS/CALL/EMAIL for flight timing changes from MMT. .As a result ,I missed my schedule Delhi flight and missed my official business meeting on Monday.

Additonally I had to stay at Kolkatta airport overnight which further added to my misery becuase I had my little kid travelling with me.
Even the Jetairways site did not contain my Cell number which could have saved me from this harassment.There was NO help provided from MMT customer service even though Jet airways helped me by accommodating in alternate flights.

I tried contacting MMT through EMAIL multiple times but no one even bothered to call me back or listen to my concern.They are simply trying to close the close.

I have just just 2 concerns:
1)Reimbursement of expenses at Kolkatta airport.
2)Assurnace from MMT,that any flight timing change should be notified via SMS/EMAIL or CALL so that this problem does not reoccur.
