Lost of Baggage Indian Airlines boarded from Delhi to Amritsar in Flight

I along with Ms. Alpana Mahajan boarded from Delhi to Amritsar in Flight No. A1016 on 26.06.2016. We deposited our luggage Bag vide Property Irregularity Report No. A1178615 dated 26 June 2016 of Indian Airlines. My bag contains cloths, Laptop, Camera, Binoculars and many more items in it but I not received my said bag at destination Amritsar. The Air Line authorities said that we can give you only Rs. 6 to 7 thousand whereas the cost of bag only Rs. 6000/- and value of other items is more than One Lac.
