Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked Imphal to Bangalore flight however when I booked the flight it was not mentioned that I have to change planes, however post booking I can see that I have to change planes. As I was travelling with one month old baby this was not feasible and I cancelled the flight, the original ticket amount was 6500 however make my trip charged me 5,100 as cancellation fee
despite talking to make my trip via calls and via emails they have refused to refund me.
