Flight Cancelled - No Refund given by GoAir for 2 months now

Flight was booked on 1st June 2020 with GoAir. It was cancelled by Airline. No refund is given to date despite regular follow ups. Pushing for PNR Credit but it has no usage for me as I am already my destination. Need to support to get my full refund from GoAir asap. My PNR is Q7QJHM of Mum-Del flight.
