Excessive Cancellation Fee complaint to Indigo Airlines in Indore

I had a Rs9000 flight from indore to delhi. And i was charged 8000 for the cancellation. Thats approx 1000 refund. How can they charge you so much for cancellation. In another instance my sister wanted to cancel a flight and they asked for Rs2000 more for cancellation. Also why am i being charged the taxes for cancellation. CGST and SGST as well as a Rs100 clean the air fee. I want a full refund of the whole fee.
