I had booked ticket of indigo flight 6E172 on 2 may 2016, flight timing was 1530.
I reached airport at 1450 i.e 43 mins before boarding(I know I was 2 mins late and its not bus but 43 mins before is not big issue) at chhatrapati shivaji terminus.
The thing is many crew members of indigo had misbehaved with me. as I didn't had any luggage with me, It was possible to catch flight . but no one ready to help me, I repeatedly requesting them but they told me to buy new ticket. I missed my flight even I reached 43 mins before.
I request you to kindly refund my all money else I have to take legal action against airline in consumer court for your information you can check CCTV footage of airport .And its humble request to indiGo airline, please learn how to behave with passengers . for money only, don't do this.

    I booked my flights and even before I could cancel and get an actual refund indigo cancelled my flights on their own and had put them into a creditshell but I don't want this. I want my money to be refunded. Like I won't travel this year this much and I have so many credit shells saved now I don't want. I am genuinely looking for a refund.
