Dear sir/madam, i have booked air ticket with goair for 30-12-16 from bhubneshwar to mumbai via make my trip.
as ticket mentioned departure time 6:50pm on 30-12-16, but when i reached airport on 5:50 pm ,they deny me to give boarding passes. they told that your flight is prepone by 6:25 pm, today but they have not inform me about it and deny to fly.
after a long discussion they said do whatever you want, only we can change the your fly by tomorrow after paying the 12000/-rupees more.
Just after some time two more passengers come there with same problem. They get SMS from company in which they saying flight is on schedule by 8:11, even the flight is take off by 6:25 in front of me.
So there are 4 passengers who they won’t allow to fly just because of it.
They put status as no show. Even we were on the time airport.
