Complain against GoIbibo are double charging cancelltion fees

There is difference of 1371 Rs in the what actually Airline people charged and what GoIbibo team is claiming.

Probably not all customers validates this and they are making profit over Airline cancellation charges as well.

This is a serious issue and such sites should be shutdown.

I have gone too much of mental torture in explain the same to GoIbibo team but even then they are not ready to accept the truth.
