Hi, i booked a ticket for 15 Jan 2022, and on the 8th there was an advertisement that indigo and airindia is providing one free date change facility.so I called on the 9th they denied on 10th no help on 12th I again tried I asked them to exchange the date the guy(customer care) asked me to keep open to using where I will not be charged a single penny and can book the ticket anytime in 6 mth from 15th of Jan...now its been 4 I call them every day 20 mints to reach them then 5 mints to explain all the matter, they say nothing is mentioned here its shows open to using but you are in "no show time". First of all, " no showtime" is 24 hrs before the flight I called on 12 th and my ticket was on the 15th. 2nd one customer care tells me no showtime is 12 hrs, other customer care tells me we can't do anything now they are just receiving my call and not speaking anything. I have phone recordings of the person on the 12th which I am sharing here. PNR JLK9Q
