sir,
I am sanjay kumar singh my concern is that i had booked GoAir ticket from irctc on 22.05.2019 from patna to delhi departure date was 23.05.2019 time-20.05
when i reached at the airport and went at the ticket counter but they denied to issue ticket.
i show PNR NO. and Translation Details. the issue they told me that payment is not successful and it is on hold contact to irctc for transaction issue.
i suffering lot of problem for this issue. who is responsible for this please tel me.
