Washing Machine of Kelvinator not worked within 35 days

My Name is Lohit kumar pradhan, R/o B-101, Sylven county, MW city, Chingalpattu, Tamilnadu-603002.

We ordered Kelvinator 6 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine through Flipkart on 23-04-16 & got the delivery on 30-04-16.
it stops working on 06-06-16, we followed alot to kelvinator Service team. Very Poor Service of Kelvinator.We Called to There Service Team lot of time for Repair or replacement, they visit to my home & told that they will come soon to change new Motor.
but still from so many call & followup from last 15days ..No One is Coming from Kelvinator to repair the washing machine.22 months warrenty is left still.
very poor product & Poor Services.
it will be good if either they refund the money or Replace the Faulty Product
