Uber cabs, Hyderabad Booked cab dint turn up without INTIMATION

We have booked a cab from Hospital to home, THE CAB NEVER CAME TO PICK US. We were in an emergency situation leaving from Hospital with parents and family. After booking the cab, we had to wait for 1 hour but The cab driver never came to pick us. We had to wait in such a cold night for 1hour outside. The illiterate country brute did not even have the minimum common sense to pick up the phone call when I tried reaching him and ask us to book another cab. He went somewhere else but never came to Us. UBER HAS SUCH SILLY DRIVERS WILL DRAG THE COMPANY's reputation to ground and below. If such situations continue to happen,
me or noone else would like to go with Uber cabs again.
