Sir/ Madam,
On 16th March 2017, I traveled through GoAir flight No.G8-483 from Bombay to
IXC, Seat No. 28F. I had given my luggage (Trolley Bag) to baggage counter
at Mumbai. I received damaged Trolley Bag at Chandigarh airport. The wheel of trolley bag were fully damaged so it couldn't move on wheels.
I had discussed this matter with Ms.Reena Behal (GoAir employees at Chandigarh airport). She told me that she is not authorised to do anything and anyother person was not available at Chandigarh Airport.

On 23rd March 2016, I visited GoAir baggage counter for the same matter and talked with GoAir staff. He informed me that please send email to Go Air website and also gave me to contactNO. 09223222111/ 02025662111 for complain​.


Please guide me what to do ?
