Taking extra Rs.5 on Purchase of Ujala Energy efficiency Bulb

Dear sir/madam,
I purchased 10 Ujala energy efficiency Bulb from SOUTHCO UTILITY,Guma Block,District-Gajapati,Odisha. The actual rate of bulb is Rs.85 per but they are taking Rs.90 and saying transportation charges.They are also giving receipt for Rs.85 for 10 Bulb Rs.850.They are taking Rs.50 extra.I purchased it on my owners electricity bill since i stay on rented house.
