Service Complaint not attended water heater of Lazer Online

I had purchased a water heater of “Lazer” on 13/1/2016 (Online). Since last one month the heater has started leaking. On 28/6/2016 I registered a service complaint to the tall free no of Lazer’s customer Service. I was assured that the complaint will be attended within 48 hrs. It has been more than 15 days since I registered service complaint but no action has been taken from their side.
I have seen continuously following up with the company but no action has been initiated from their side, they are only giving empty assurance that the complaint will be attended in couple of days. On my continuous follow-up, the provided me the mobile number of there Service Agency “Smart Care -Surat” who are supposed to attend the complaint. When I contacted Smart Care they told me that do no more work for “Lazer” due to some outstanding payment issue.
Now I am in a big trauma as the water Heater is out of order and neither the Lazer company nor Smart Care is helping me out.
