SBI CREDIT CARD 5100 INR CHARGED

Dear Sir,
i taken a credit card from SBI by giving fee 571 INR. my cash limit was 4800 and total limit 24000, i started purcahse and cash limit use 4800
b

but SBI charged me 10200 , if my limit is 4800 how bank charged me

lots time i called to customer care , lots time gone to check the ATM, physically tension,in my family tension and finally decided to close the credit card by paying money and took money on interest.

sir ,

I mailed to SBI Card CEO and got reply that they will revert me within 120 days .

Sir when the consumer miss the cheque , bounce and any mistake bank charges a lots

then why the bank should not punished , first no customer care resposne
