Refund of security deposit not done

We were a consumer of ntl water cans in chennai for about 3 months in the name of consumer Sasikala.m . We were asked to deposit rs 200 as a security deposit for 2 cans. We had informed the call centre to stop service on15-12-2015. In spite of repeated calls and follow ups with their call centre at 04433001300 , the management has not refunded the deposit. Only empty commitments with a 2 day deadline seem to be the standard response . All our phone conversations are recorded by ntl as a part of standard operating procedure. I would like to initiate legal process to get the refund done. The vendor - ntl has been completely irresponsible and non-responsive on this matter.
