Packers and movers cheated and charged double from chandanagar, Hyderabad to hafeezpet

Hi

We shifted our home from chandanagar, Hyderabad to hafeezpet, Hyderabad which is 5 km distant on 22nd.
I discussed with packers and movers on 18th about the goods clearly. They asked me rs. 2500(packing and shifting charges) and rs. 1500 ( Ac uninstall and reinstall charges) and I agreed.
On 20th they came and they packed every thing in our bed sheets. Packing is worst. They brought 5 cartons only.
Thy used the carton boxes of our home and all our bed sheets to dump the things and pack. They brought a small scm and said they need one more trip as goods are more.
Now they started bargaining again on the full movement. And they declared if we give double amount that of previous discussion means rs.5000 then only they will complete shifting process other wise they will dump every thing on the road. We left with no choice and agreed to pay extra.
Unpacking mean they just opened boxes, bed sheets and pore on the floor.they can't even wait till we empty the boxes.
In this process of the movement our beds are broken, sofa is teared and many items were missed.
I need compensation for the damages, missing items and the mental torture they have done.
