Non Receipt of Cylinder

Dear Sir,


This is to inform you that Vishal Bharat Gas, is not delivering the LPG Cylinder since 16/12/2015 (my first booking date).


since than i have visited each and every day for my cylinder delivery, everyday they have a new statement for me, that someday they dont have cylinder to deliver or someday their delivery man is on leave.


 


I dont know what they willing to do. Might be they were excess of customers which they are unable to deal with.


 


So if somebody shall help me here please guide me what to do.


 


Shall i change my LPG agency.
