I purchased aquaguard enhance uv+uf from paytm. It was delivered on 23rd December. I raised a service request in the same day for installation thorough thier customer care . But from that day till today nobody turned up for installation. Everytime i call they say they will send but finally bo one turns up. I purchased purifier so that i cam avoid getting water from outside but even after spending i am still getting water from outside. No value for customer or his time. I am in a pathetic situation. Thier customer care quality is also very poor. People dont have seriousness towards work.
