Indane Gas Cylinder not delivered there is no whereabouts of delivery

Cylinder was booked on 13/11/16 and its 25/11/16 today. there is no whereabouts of delivery. While trying to complain Indane,toll free number speaks a pre recorded message that Gas agency has delivered all the cylinder booked up to 15/11/16 where as mine was booked on 13/11/16. I don't understand what to do now. Agency is not responding on both of its landline number.
