An amount of Rs. 2,271.91 was paid by me on 31.10.2014 through credit card for Toll Recharge Tag of my son, Vishank jain's Car no. DL3C BE 8003 , to DF SKYWAY ( Badarpur Toll Plaza) but the same was not acknowledged by them due to
their system error. Again on 02.11.2014 , I paid the same amount and got my Tag recharged. Now, since last almost 2 years I am repeatedly following them up for refund of the excess amount but they are not showing any interest and have digested my money .
Therefore, I request you to get my money refunded alongwith interest, Phone & email charges , personal visit to their service centre and the mental harashment . Total amount comes to approx. Rs. 15,000/-

    Today I was going to Delhi from faridabad.... my time on toll tax slip was 12.15.18 p.m. and I was there at 12.15.53 seconds.... I was late by 35 seconds.... then I noticed the interesting thing their time was 3 minutes more than the real time.... the person prempal Singh who was there at the toll gate at lane no. 8 said that do whatever you want nothing will b happened.... this mean the customer is nothing he can do nothing..... his behaviour was so bad.... n he make me stand for half an hour there .... and he was enjoying the moment because due to this he was not doing his work n was sitting free...this is really very insulting for a customer...now my opinion is some action must b take against him and also for company who is making other customers mad by showing time more than the real one.

    Despite of paying toll tax daily to this Dfskyway badarpur toll plaza to go delhi from faridabad, their service and attention is very poor to coustmers. My car no. HR-29-U-1817.
    Yesterday dated on 31st May 2018, timing 5.36pm, my car was stopped due technical problem in engine. I called their helpline number continually from 5:41 pm to 6.20 Pm but no one did not picked my phone to provide me any help and assistance which comes under the payment of toll tax.
    Definitely strict action must be taken against this kind of ignorance because I am lady and at that time I was driving alone. I was struggling alone with the fast coming cars passing by me and my car to avoid any major accidents in the way where my car was stopped for two hours in such a sunny day. And I was so sacared and under traumatic state of mind where any kind bad can be mishappened with me.

    The timing showing at the display of kiosks and barriers is inaccurate always. One day they manipulate it fast and slow next day so that the toll paid for 24 hours validity become expire by a few minutes. This is a big fraud going on this Delhi Faridabad skyway. Concerned authorities are requested to take necessary action and do needful to get it corrected by international time. Thanks.
