Fake and fraud information from samsung

Dear sir/madam
With respect to my complain 4212403459 please note that I was chasing customer care from 23Rd of March. Consecutivly I have called 5 days back .Yesterday service center people (SV Care 9538883888)have visited my place and promised me to resolve the issue by today. When today morning I called they refuse to come . After speaking to customer care ...Ms Radhika, Ms Manmeet,Ms Preeti and Mr. Rajesh arora from Ceo desk, they all have refused to keep the commitment. Rather they have ask I have to follow SV Care instructions. Also they have told me Samsung Customer care is not responsible for any misbehave,mischief done by service center they can only escalate the matter.
Being a Samsung cutomer I felt some fraud and cheating is going on with consumers by call center people as they said on Sunday service centre cannot work on sunday and they will work only oñ Monday. When ladies are all alone in home. I belive I have to make police complaint against all the executives and stated service center.
