I purchase a Kent RO system from Croma retailer Mathura road Faridabad on 7th Mar-16, at the time of installation the technician inform that one part is missing so the installation cannot be done. I raise the complaint to Croma and as per the 24 hrs SLA, still they are not resolving my grievances. I need you support to resolve my issue.
