Aircel deducted Balance without any reason, Balance Issue. Rs. 30/- has been debited

Balance Issue. Rs. 30/- has been debited from my balance without any reason– Mobile No. 9903693891

Dear Sir,
Yesterday night, suddenly I found a message came saying that my balance amount of Rs. almost 30/- (approx) has been deducted from my account. This is simply ridiculous.

My balance was Rs. 60.00, but to my utter surprise I got the sms saying that my balance has come down to Rs. 29.87, inspite my data connection was off. Then I opted for service request and found that there was no service request from my end. My data connection was off and I didnt make any call also, so how could the balance come down to this amount. Screen shots enclosed.

Please revert the amount as I my data connection was off and I didnt make any calls as well. Please do the needful at the earliest else, I think I should go to Consumer Forum if my complaint does not solve by Aircel Team.
